We are very happy with our new roof. Marcus was our salesman and he showed a real interest in us and was respectful and helpful. He understood everything about roofing and took his time to explain and go over everything. He wrote on the contract that the roofers should over the flowers and bushes surrounding the house. The roofers did so and covered our new sidewalk as well. The roofers were here on time and worked quickly and cleaned up everything outside. They were here from 0700 until nearly 5:00 p.m. Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Odyssey Home Improvement and we love Marcus.

My adventure with Guardian began in December, when I returned from a month abroad to learn my homeowners insurance policy was in danger of being cancelled due to the age and condition of the roof. I met with 9 companies over the course of a week; Marcus from Guardian was the first rep I met with and his friendly, personable nature coupled with the thoroughness of his inspection earned my business. He got up in the attic and onto the roof to take photos and explain the needed work. Guardian’s bid was the second highest out of the 9 but I felt tremendous confidence moving forward with them based on my conversations with Marcus.

We had the most amazing young man visit our home to do a well planned presentation. He explained every detail and helped us understand stand many different types of roofs the company could provide us with. Marcus is a true asset to Gaudian! Thank you for the time you spent explaining everything. We will be getting more information from our insurance company and hopefully doing business with Gaurdian, due to how well Marcus represents himself and the company he works for.

We had our side-by-side condo’s roof done with Odyssey. Marcus was great to work with! We had estimates from four different companies, and he outdid them all with his prompt responses (some after hours, sorry) and willingness to hear our questions/concerns. He took the time to walk us through the whole process from beginning to end and answered any questions we had throughout this process.

Production on the roof began less than a month after signing. The installation team was friendly and hard working. The old roof was torn down and the new one was up in one day. We also got new gutters that were installed a few days later. They too, look great!

The roof came out looking amazing. I will be using Odyssey again for other remodeling needs.
